How to make a payment via offline channel

You can refer to the instructions below for details on how to pay using 7-Eleven.

1. Click the "Pay" button
2. Enter the amount
3. After that, you will be routed to the DragonPay landing page. There will be a dropdown for a list of payment channels
4. From the list of payment channels, look for "ECPay (Gcash/Over the counter payment)"
5. Tick the box and click on continue
6. The reference ID with a reference will be generated that can be used at any 7-Eleven.

Note: If you have a copy of your lifetime ID, you can use it in lieu of the generated reference code.
